Join us for a joyful journey of Mindful Movement Kids Summer Camp! This camp will be held indoors at a new location, 5 minutes from my house. My camp offers a unique blend of fun and mindfulness, where children will explore various movement practices such as yoga, dance, arts & crafts, and outdoor activities. Through playful games, creative expression, and relaxation techniques, kids will learn to connect with their bodies, cultivate inner calm, and build confidence. My camp fosters physical fitness, emotional well-being, and social connection. Let your child embark on a summer filled with movement, mindfulness, and memories!
Come enjoy a musical meditation under the light of the full moon. I use instruments like crystal singing bowls and chimes to create calming sounds that help you relax deeply and connect with the energy of the moon. It's a peaceful experience that can leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.

I am a wife, a mom of two, a 95- hour KAY certified kids yoga teacher, a sound healer, a Girl Scout leader, an avid community volunteer, and a back pain survivor! Yew yes, I stay busy! I discovered Yoga shortly after having back surgery, my back injury lasted months and had me incapable of walking without pain and using a walker daily. On

Once cleared from my surgeon he suggested Yoga and I jumped in a yoga studio not knowing anything but downward dog! I immediately saw the benefits of all things Yoga. I was happier, I was pain-free, I was calmer, I was a better mom, wife, friend, and neighbor. I quickly wanted to share this joy of Yoga with everyone & I knew I wanted to teach these coping techniques to children. My love for sound healing was immediate, it helped me focus and be still.
At Zen It Out, I believe that yoga is more than just a physical practice. It is a way of life that promotes mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner peace. my goal is to help my community to cultivate these qualities through the practice of yoga.
I offer Yoga classes for children including meditation, mindfulness, sound/music, journaling and breathe work. For adults I offer Sound Healing classes that are designed to help you relax, rebalance and reduce stress.
