Join us for Let’s Get Moving – Family Class at Child Crisis Arizona! Starting Mondays in March from 12-12:45pm. This fun and engaging class is designed for children ages 6 and under to move, stretch, and play alongside their caregivers. Through playful movement, music, and mindfulness, we’ll build coordination, connection, and confidence.

Join us for a special Earth Day Yoga Class designed just for kids! This one-hour experience will help children connect with nature through movement, mindfulness, and hands-on activities.
What’s Included:
🌱 Walking Meditation – A mindful nature walk to ground and connect with the Earth.
🎶 Mini Sound Bath – Relaxing vibrations to promote peace and gratitude for our planet.
🪴 Planting Activity – Each child will pot their own plant to take home and nurture.
🧘♂️ Earth-Inspired Yoga – Gentle yoga poses celebrating nature’s elements.

Experience deep relaxation with a one-hour sound bath by Nichole while floating on calm, supportive floats in a serene pool setting. Surrounded by soothing sounds and tranquil water, participants can fully unwind and connect with a sense of peace in a private, intimate environment.

Join us July 7–9th from 9:15am-12:15pm at Dance Studio C for three magical mornings of movement, yoga, crafts, and FUN! Designed for children ages 3 and up, this playful camp will keep them engaged through creative expression, mindful movement, and hands-on activities. Each day brings new adventures in a nurturing and joyful environment. Spaces are limited—come move, stretch, and create with us!
At Zen It Out, my mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for children & adults. For individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga. I strive to create a supportive community for all through Sound Healing and mindfulness classes for children.
I am a wife, a mom of two, a 95- hour KAY certified kids yoga teacher, a sound healer, a Girl Scout leader, an avid community volunteer, and a back pain survivor! Yew yes, I stay busy! I discovered Yoga shortly after having back surgery, my back injury lasted months and had me incapable of walking without pain and using a walker daily. On

Once cleared from my surgeon he suggested Yoga and I jumped in a yoga studio not knowing anything but downward dog! I immediately saw the benefits of all things Yoga. I was happier, I was pain-free, I was calmer, I was a better mom, wife, friend, and neighbor. I quickly wanted to share this joy of Yoga with everyone & I knew I wanted to teach these coping techniques to children. My love for sound healing was immediate, it helped me focus and be still.
At Zen It Out, I believe that yoga is more than just a physical practice. It is a way of life that promotes mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner peace. my goal is to help my community to cultivate these qualities through the practice of yoga.
I offer Yoga classes for children including meditation, mindfulness, sound/music, journaling and breathe work. For adults I offer Sound Healing classes that are designed to help you relax, rebalance and reduce stress.
